Insert this CD ROM into your CD ROM drive. If you are using Windows 9x, Me. NT4, 2000 or XP or a recent version of Linux running WINE then please wait a few seconds and it should start automatically. If it doesn't start automatically then...

1. Use Windows 'Explorer', Macintosh 'Finder' or Linux equivalent (such as 'Konqueror') to find file ‘index.htm’ in the root folder of this CD ROM.
2. Double click on file ‘index.htm’. The file 'index.htm' should open in your default web browser.

Users of Windows XP with Service Pack 2 may find a dialog asking '...are you sure you want to allow CDs to run active content on your computer' appears.
